[Instructions for instaling model of breathing masks]
Unpack this zip file in "use folder names" mode into ....\Poser4\ , or
whatever is the root directory of your Poser installation.
  Made by anthony.appleyard@umist.ac.uk

To pose it on the Poser 3/4 man's head:-
  - Parent the mask to his head.
  - Set all rotates and translates of the mask's root segment and BODY to 0.

The part "mask" has these alternate geometries, selectable by the parameter "mask type":-
  0) British naval type with a big front window with front and side flat surfaces to avoid refraction distortion underwater. Has a mouthpiece inside.
  1) Round mask with small eyeholes.
  2) A common industrial type with a big curved window and no mouthpiece.
  3) Only a mouthpiece.
  4) Mouth-and-nose mask leaving the eyes exposed (= orinasal mask).
  5) Ditto, with no set/air valve.

When choosing form 3), you will have to do this:-
  - Select the mask's BODY or root segment and yTran and zTran it to get the mouthpiece in his mouth.
  - Select the mask's straps. In the top menu mouse "Object, Properties". Set the straps to "not visible, do not cast shadow".

You may have do similar if you put this mask on any Poser model who is not the Poser 3/4 man.

When choosing form 4), you will have to do this:-
  - Select the mask's part "straps" and set its parameter dial "straps type" to 1.

When choosing form 5), you will have to do this:-
  - Select the mask's part "straps" and set its parameter dial "straps type" to 1.
  - Select the mask's part "savlever". In the top menu mouse "Object, Properties". Set the savlever to "not visible, do not cast shadow".

The part "savlever" is xrotated to choose between breathing from the breathing set and breathing from outside. "sav" = "set/air vallve".

The prop breathingmask_buckles is a smart prop for the mask, to add buckles and strap-ends for better realism when the straps are not hidden by a diving suit hood.

If Bryce applies a texture map the wrong way up, tell Bryce to apply it the
other way up, thus: When setting or resetting its texture with the Materials Lab
in Bryce: In the display with 3 thumbnails that displays the current texture for
A or B or C or D: Click the top left one of the 4 small grey buttons to open the
`Texture Editor'. In the Texture Editor, opposite the middle icon (it looks like
an atom with 3 electrons going round it), click the `x', and type `180' in the
resulting very small text-entry window. Then: Press RET. Click the button at the
far bottom right of the Texture Editor. Exit from the Texture Map.
